Caesar Post-Natal Exercise

What are the best ways to get back into shape after a caesar with a back condition - my baby is almost 1 y.o. and breastfeeding and I need to get fit.

I have found the best way to get back into shape is to eat a balanced diet, fruit & vegetables, breads and pastas and limit junk food. A good excercise is walking as you can take bub in the pram. Or you could think about swimming lessons for bub as you'll have to go in the water, too.
Pretty soon after my
Pretty soon after my c-section (2 weeks?) I was walking once a week. We have a green grocers, butcher and NQR close to our place and I would do a weekly shop there. It was only 10-15 min each way, but it helped out.
Also, I have started to go to karate training (when the planets are aligned :)), and that helps out a lot too.
Helps with my back if I go easy on myself.
